Trust and how we work
01

How can I trust a service that operates from Chile?

We work with 100% transparency: our audits follow US GAAP methodology and the reporting standards of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) — the same ones used by construction companies in Texas and Florida. Reports are delivered in English, in executive format, ready for your board or your bank.
02

How are the reports signed without a U.S. CPA license?

Reports are signed by Viviana Ferj as a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Chilean Association of Accountants, with a current registration number. A U.S. CPA license isn't required for a private financial analysis report — that license is only mandatory for specific regulated acts, such as financial statement audits filed with the SEC. Services are provided under the Chile-USA Professional Services Agreement.
03

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the report?

Before final delivery, we review the main findings with you. If something doesn't match your operational reality, we adjust it — the goal is for the report to be genuinely useful, not just delivered.
04

How do you protect the confidentiality of my financial data?

Your data is used exclusively to generate your report. It isn't shared with third parties or used as a public example without your explicit authorization.
Financial audit
05

How long does it take to receive my report?

Between 48 and 72 hours from when you upload your complete data, depending on the audit tier you chose (Express, Premium, or VIP).
06

What if my financial data isn't 100% organized?

That's normal, and it's actually part of what we're here to detect. The upload form guides you step by step — with whatever you have today (even if it's not perfect) we can already start identifying real patterns and alerts.
07

Which audit tier should I choose?

If you've never had an external audit, Express gives you a real first snapshot (break-even point, profitability per job, WIP Schedule). If you're already managing several jobs at once or looking to qualify for bonding, VIP goes deeper into cash flow, bonding capacity, and 30/60/90-day strategy, with a 1-hour strategic call included.
08

Can I upload data for several active jobs at the same time?

Yes — in fact, it's recommended. Profitability-per-job analysis and the WIP Schedule only have real value when you compare several projects against each other, not just one in isolation.
Marketing and content
09

Who writes the content — is it generic or specific to my company?

All content is calibrated to your industry, your brand, and your B2B audience in the U.S. — it's not a generic template recycled across clients.
10

Can I switch social networks after choosing one?

Yes, you can adjust it from your Client Portal. Keep in mind that Starter and Infinity Premium are capped at 2 networks; if you need more, Enterprise has no limit.
11

Can I cancel the Marketing plan at any time?

Marketing plans are monthly, with no forced commitment contract — unlike traditional U.S. firms that require a 3-to-6-month minimum.
Payment and logistics
12

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and Wise, in U.S. dollars. The Audit is a one-time payment; Monthly Financial Control has a 3-month onboarding period and is then billed month to month; Marketing and Newsletter are billed monthly or annually (with a discount for annual payment).
13

Do you work with companies outside Texas and Florida?

Our main focus is Texas and Florida since they're the most active construction markets in the U.S., but we serve construction companies in any state.
14

Which accounting software do you work with?

We work directly with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Foundation, and plain Excel/CSV exports. If you use another platform, tell us in the intake form and we'll confirm compatibility before you pay.
Monthly Financial Control (WIP & Compliance)
15

How is Monthly Financial Control different from a one-time Audit?

The Audit is a single snapshot report. Monthly Financial Control is an ongoing service — a WIP Schedule, Pay Application review, and compliance checks every month for as long as you're enrolled, starting with a 3-month onboarding period.
16

What if I have more active jobsites than my plan includes?

Each tier (Small, Medium, Large) includes a set number of jobsites. Extra jobsites are added at +$300/month per site — no need to upgrade the whole plan.
17

Can I cancel Monthly Financial Control?

After the 3-month onboarding period, it's billed month to month with no long-term contract.
Margin Shield and Bonding
18

What's the difference between the Margin Shield Protocol and the Bonding Readiness Report?

The Margin Shield Protocol (Protocolo de Blindaje de Margen™) diagnoses where your margin is leaking, job by job. The Bonding Readiness Report™ is built specifically to prepare your file for a surety underwriter — working capital, net worth, and bonding capacity.
19

I'm already a WIP & Compliance client — do I still need a separate Bonding Readiness Report?

No — if you're already enrolled in WIP & Compliance, Bonding Readiness cross-sells at a reduced rate, since we already have your monthly numbers on file.
20

Is Bonding Monitoring a one-time report or ongoing?

Ongoing — it's billed monthly or quarterly and tracks your bonding capacity over time, not just a single snapshot.
Contracts and getting started
21

What do I sign before starting?

A Professional Services Agreement, sent through PandaDoc for e-signature. Payment is only enabled after the contract is signed — signature always comes first.
22

Do you provide a W-9?

No — VFERJ PROFIT SpA is a foreign entity, so we provide a W-8BEN-E instead, included with your contract packet.
Founder Batch
23

What exactly does the Founder Batch pricing lock guarantee?

Your rate stays fixed at what you paid when you joined — it doesn't rise later as our standard pricing goes up, for as long as your subscription stays active.

Ready to see what your numbers say?

An Express Audit identifies your break-even point, profitability per job, and specific alerts — starting at $3,395 USD, one-time payment.
